Hub-and-spoke diagnostics access platform extending advanced laboratory services to underserved communities through fixed and mobile delivery models. In structured pre-launch development for 2027.
The measure of an institution is not what it intends, but what it delivers and to whom
AiAD plan
AiAD is not yet operational. We say that clearly. But it represents a firm institutional commitment not an aspiration with active planning, partnership development, and feasibility work underway. In Africa and across the global south, a patient can wait weeks for a laboratory result that would take hours in a well-resourced setting. In many communities, that result never comes at all not because the test does not exist, but because the infrastructure to run it was never built close enough to reach.
AiAD is being designed to close that gap: a central high-complexity reference laboratory in cities; a network of satellite collection points extending into suburban and peri-urban communities; mobile outreach units reaching beyond fixed infrastructure; ISO-aligned quality standards; digital diagnostics and AI integration.
